These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Mentiofy website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Mentiofy, part of Trueqrcode, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands.

Mentiofy provides a B2B SaaS platform that analyzes brand and domain visibility within large language models (LLMs) and delivers insights, reports, and recommendations.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and is intended for business use only.
2. Accounts and Access
Access to the Service requires an account created using a valid email address.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You may not share, resell, or abuse access to the Service.
3. Use of AI and Data
Insights and recommendations generated by Mentiofy are automated, data-driven outputs.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, rankings, visibility, or business results.
You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and apply the insights provided.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Misuse the Service in a way that could harm Mentiofy, its systems, or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.
5. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service, features, or content may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
6. Fees and Payments (if applicable)
Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.
We may change pricing with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding, remain the property of Mentiofy or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Mentiofy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months
Use of the Service is at your own risk
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
